QS reckons to have a significant business expansion following its recent announcement of a merger with Hobsons Solutions. It also added a total of 193 employees to its organisation globally.
Hobsons Solutions will now be named as QS Enrolment Solutions.
Hobsons solutions, founded in 1999 was run by Hobsons, offering student engagement and enrolment services to an international clientele. Its three offices located in London, Kuala Lumpur and Melbourne help serve universities’ departments across Australia, Asia, New Zealand, USA and UK in the student enrollment process. In addition, they overlook the world’s largest international student survey.
QS has the greatest supply of international masters and MBA students to universities across the globe. It garners more than 60 million web visitors and accounts for 500,000 potential international and local students enquiries annually. Hence, this merger clearly allows for a vertical integration as it not only serves to enhance the QS portfolio, but also permits Hobsons Solutions to leverage QS’s student reach.
