    ALT and TU Join Hands for Developing Smart Technology Space

    ALT Telecom Company Limited and Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University (TU) will work together to develop a Smart Technology Space prototype aiming to create the best environment for learning and working.

    Mrs. Preeyaporn Tangpaosak, chairman of the executive board of ALT revealed that the company has signed an MoU with the Faculty of Architecture and Planning Thammasat University to establish an academic network between the business and the education sectors.

    The MoU focuses on developing a prototype for Smart Technology Space and the learning space of the faculty turning it into another prototype project with Smart Environment, Smart Mobility, and Smart Energy.

    This collaboration is the perfect learning opportunity for students and academics allowing them to learn via studying and working in the real-world environment. They will be able to use this experience in their future work in the industry, technology, and commerce industry. Also, they can adapt the knowledge and what they learned to develop the Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, the potential area in transitioning to Digital Village.

    Mrs. Preeyaporn Tangpaosak also added that, in this collaboration, ALT has provided a Modular Data Center along with equipment and technology for installing system and telecommunication network engineering. The system will be the network system infrastructure for the faculty and can be used for learning and researching purposes.
