The Rector of UiTM Pahang Branch, Professor Ts. This graduation ceremony does not only celebrate the graduates, but also their families, relatives and friends who cherish every moment in their long journey which led them to receive the award”.
He also added that “UiTM Pahang can be an exemplary for other UiTM branches or other universities to implement such ceremonies in future, especially for those who are residing in the green zone”. The implementation of such a three-day event during this Covid-19 era is highly encouraged as it is able to save time and energy, and it is also ten times cheaper.”
During the convocation ceremony, graduates and parents had to observe standard operating procedure (SOP) of wearing face masks and sanitizing their hands before receiving the scrolls. Interestingly, the graduates got the opportunity to wear their convocation robes and took photos with their families to capture their proud moment.
