President University visited Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), one of the leading state universities in Indonesia, to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that has already been formulated by Faculty of Business President University and Faculty of Psychology Universitas Diponegoro (2/21). The MoU was signed by Maria Jacinta Arquisola, MHRM., Ph.D., as the Dean of Faculty of Business President University and Dian Ratna Sawitri, S.Psi., M.Si., Ph.D., as the Dean of Faculty of Psychology Universitas Diponegoro. The MoU will focus on education, research, and community service.
After the MoU signing, the implementation of the MoU was carried out by Jacinta who became the speaker of the guest lecture at Undip. In front of 200 students of Psychology Undip and several faculty members, she delivered a lecture with the topic Creating Multidisciplinary Synergies to Produce a Superior Human Resource.
In the guest lecture, Jacinta talked about the necessary importance of creating skilled and competent future labor force in response to the demands of rapid technology. She also talked about the role of universities like President University to achieve the government’s 5-year development agenda, Maju Indonesia through the Kampus Merdeka program which universities need students and lecturers to be co-creators of knowledge in a more flexible, adaptable, conducive, learning and development environment.
Jacinta hopes through this partnership that will be many ideas and researches produced by the two faculties to make a better Indonesia.
