On August 21st, 2019, the Faculty of Film, Theatre and Animation (FiTA), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia renewed their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AMIKOM UNIVERSITY Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The signing of the MoU was attended by the Vice-Chancellor of UiTM, Professor Emeritus Ir. Dr. Mohd. Azraai Kassim, and accompanied by the Dean of FITA, Dato ‘Professor Dr. A. Razak Hj. Mohaideen.
AMIKOM UNIVERSITY was represented by its Rector, Professor Dr. Mohammad Suyanto, and accompanied by its Vice-Chancellor of Cooperation and Development, Dr. Arief Setyanto.
The event, held at the AMIKOM University Hall of Yogyakarta, was followed with the Malaysian Cinema Lecture Series II / 2019 which was attended by 10 lecturers of the FiTA including nine lecturers of AMIKOM UNIVERSITY.
