    Under the patronage of HE the Minister of Education, Princess Nourah University launches its developed identity

    HE the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al Shaikh, has sponsored the lunching ceremony of the developed identity of PrincessNourah Bint Abdulrahman University, under the title “Establishment and Construction” with the presence of the Rector Dr. Einas Al Eisa and number of admins and media elites.

    The launching of the University’s new identity comes in coincide with the National Day of Saudi Arabia, reflecting the strong determination of the University in achieving the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 and in the contribution of scaling up the concept of higher education. In addition, Princess Nourah University is seeking to create a cognitive awareness that is subjected to the university’s philosophy which enhance its outputs in the development process of Saudi Arabia. The University’s constant urge, as well, to be an incubator of creative ideas and visions has become a beacon to the quality of higher education and an icon in supporting women empowerment and the participation of Saudi women in achieving Saudi Vision 2030.

    Dean of College of Arts and Designs has been honored to develop the identity of the university in the belief of the graduates and students ability and creativity. There are no doubts that this has raised the spirit of challenge for everyone. An intensive plan has been developed by the students and the college staff to come up with an improved identity that combines originality, tradition, modernity and excellence.

    It’s worth mentioning that King Abdullah Bin AbdulAziz is the one who had chosen this name minutes after the inauguration of the university in 2008 as an appreciation for Princess Norah Bint Abdulrahman for her historical role as a consultant of her brother King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, the founder of the country. It was also a supportive message to the contemporary Saudi women on the importance of their role in participation, construction and achievement.
