    Thammasat University – Faculty of Science students won the OIC InsurTech Award 2019

    Students in Mathematics and Statistics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Thammasat University, Kidi Kids team won the OIC InsurTech Award 2019 in the Insurance Technology Innovation Contest from the project called “Short-term Child Health Insurance Innovation” under the “Development of Health Insurance Innovation” category for students.  The event is hosted at the Insurance Week 2019 organized by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) recently at Impact Muang Thong Thani.

    Short-term child health insurance Is a program that the insured can choose disease coverage and insured period by which we will have a platform for the insured to fill in the child’s information and calculate the risk of disease of each child according to the time and place where the child lives.

    The team members consisted of Miss Chetsuda Muensri, Miss Nitsa Sa-nguansakmun, Miss Rawikan Tangsri Phairot, Miss Piyamat Pho-ngam and Miss Thananya Asawakul Phairote, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Saeng Dao Wongsai as an advisor.  In addition, the team also won the 1st runner up award from the “Triple C Innovation Insurance Application for Freelance” project presented at the event as well.
