The Faculty of Business and Management (FBM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia and the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), Indonesia will be soon signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to open further research collaboration between the two universities.
The MoA will facilitate and encourage researchers from the two faculties under the research matching grant scheme (RMGS).
The four research areas identified include marketing, finance, Islamic finance and human resource management and hopes to get researchers from the two universities actively involved in research and publication activities.
Each faculty has agreed to fund MYR 12,000 to support the research as well as publication in high impact journals.
