NKUHT is committed to the production of digital teaching materials and courses for hospitality and tourism. The implementation on the open learning platform has achieved outstanding results and won Digital Learning Awards [2019 End of the Year Award] from the Ministry of Education. The “Original and Innovative Taiwanese Snacks” MOOC course stood out in hundreds of open digital courses nationwide and won the “Most Popular Award 2019″. Also, NKUHT was invited to set up a booth to showcase the 2019 results of the “University Digital Learning and Innovative Application Plan”. The theme of the exhibition is a series of courses for the operation of a bakery. Both officials from the Ministry of Education and the Thai MOOC team praised the exhibit.
