The Department of F &B Management sent a team of students and Chair Gu-xian Lai to join the 2019 International Young Chefs Challenge (IYCC), which was held in association with the World Association of Chefs Societies. The NKUHT team competed against teams from 18 other countries, winning 2 gold, 7 silver, and 5 bronze medals. Well done team!
