MSU PharmCare® was established by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahasarakham University. Herbal medicine and natural products are manufactured by three factories: PharmCare Pharmaceutical for herbal medicine manufacture, PharmCare Cosmeceutical for producing beauty and cosmetic products and PharmCare Nutraceutical for producing healthy food and beverages. These PharmCare factories have been working commercially since 2012 and received Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) accreditation in 2013. PharmCare® was founded for manufacturing medicines from herbs and other natural sources in order to produce more natural medicine of high quality for the community by integrating folk wisdom and scientific research.
The brand name “PHARMCARE” is derived from the word “PHARM” (Pharmacy) and “CARE”, from the flower of golden shower tree (Cassia fistula), which is the symbolic logo of Mahasarakham University. The name “PHARMCARE” on the products indicates our care for the health of people. The purpose of PHARMCARE manufacturer is to produce a variety of high quality herbal medicines and natural products, including food supplements, beverages and cosmetics, in order to serve various needs. PHARMCARE manufacturer has been awarded more than 20 manufacturing licenses from Thailand Food and Drug Administration (FDA) including herbal medicine, cosmetics and beverages. Some of them are available on the market.
All PharmCare’s products are well researched with the high quality and carefully checked. Today, there are 20 products that have already received official approval for manufacturing from the Thailand Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

- 1. Ginger Capsules
Ingredient: Dried ginger 250 mg per capsule.
Indication: Relieve flatulence and abdominal discomfort. Prevent or treat nausea and vomiting from motion sickness.
- 2. Cucuma Longca Capsule
Ingredient: Dried Curcuma longca 250 mg per capsule
Indication: It is a high antioxidant natural product. Treatment of stomach ache (gastritis), promote healthy digestion.3
- Yellow Herbal Oil
Ingredients: Menthol, Camphor, Borneol, Plai oil, Eucalyptus oil, Methyl salicylate
Indication: Apply topically for relief of sore muscles, or inhale for relief of dizziness and nasal congestion.
- Prasaplai Extract Capsule
Ingredients: Prasaplai extract 250 mg per capsule. (Acorus calamus, Allium sativum, Citrus hystrix, Curcuma zedoaria, Allium ascalonicum, Nigella sativa, Piper chaba, Piper nigrum, Zingiber cassumunar, Zingiber officinale, Sodium chloride, Camphor)
